  • How does the trial work?

    The trial gives you time to test ICSR Business Automation out and get a feel for how it works. It’s very simple to sign up for a trial, it is simply a pay per month arrangement until you are satisfied and wish to save $ by signing up to a contract . In the trial you can either use the demo data we provide, or upload your own data – there is a set up holding fee of $500 + gst which is a fully refundable deposit, once you sign up it rolls over into your live account.

  • How does ICSR Business Automation support work?

    All of our plans offers email and live chat support during business hrs. Phone & Live Chat 24/7 support can be purchased with any plan as part of a Premium Support package.

  • What if I signed up for a trial account but it has since expired?

    After your trial expires, you can still log in for a period of 21 days to sign up. If it’s been longer than this, your account will have been deleted. If you want to sign up for a new trial account, simply complete the sign up process again.

  • Do I have to sign up for a certain period?

    ICSR Business Automation is offered on a monthly basis, by selecting automatic payments, your subscription will continue perpetually until cancelled. Annual plans are offered as the norm, which work out to be far less expensive over a 12 month period.

  • Can I upgrade my number of users later on?

    Yes. You can add extra users at any time. As you add users, it may be cost beneficial to head to upgrade to the next level
